SNIPER Market Timing: Gold mining stocks market timing system
On this page you will find some background info about our proprietary SNIPER Gold mining stocks trading system.
It was introduced in November 2003 due to the feedback of our newsletter subscribers.
In February 2006 we enhanced our gold mining stock trading system by introducing an improved trend following algorithm.
This market timing model trades the XAU-Index© (i.e. PHLX Gold/Silver Sector Index©).

For trading purposes the XAU-Index© could be duplicated - for example - approximately by using the RYDEX Precious Metals Fund (Symbol: RYMPX).
Our gold mining stocks trading system incorporates sub models which are based on inter market relationships, trend and counter-trend following algorithms. It was back tested on XAU-Index©-data, BGM-Index-data (BGM = Barron's Gold Mining Index©) and on other gold stock sector indices.
